Can I try out the offer before committing?

No, there is no free trial. However, the Hunteed Premium Offer requires a commitment of just 6 months, allowing you to test its benefits over a short period.

Can I change my subscription or cancel my contract?

You have 14 days from the date you sign up for your subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Once this period has expired, your cancellation request will be processed at the end of your subscription term (6 or 12 months).

To unsubscribe, either contact the Community team through your point of contact or by email at community@hunteed.com or or visit your platform to unsubscribe (only possible during the final month of your current subscription)

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment for your subscription can be made by credit card or through a secure direct debit via Stripe. We accept a wide range of international payment methods.

Please make sure to provide a valid card with sufficient funds; otherwise, your subscription will not be activated.

Is payment made monthly or in a single lump sum?

Payment is due monthly, regardless of the plan you choose (6 or 12 months). The amount will be automatically deducted from your account each month.

Do the rates include VAT?

No. The amounts shown do not include tax. The applicable sales tax will be added automatically at checkout.

When can I start taking advantage of Fast Payment?

Payment within 72 hours (business days) will apply to each hire made after the start date of your subscription.

Does the Booster+ Bonus apply to all my hires?

Yes, all hires made after the start date of your Hunteed Premium subscription are eligible for the Booster+ fee, except for Interim Management recruitments.

Is there a minimum billing amount required for the Booster+ Fee to apply?

Yes. You must have generated at least €5,000 in revenue since the date you subscribed to Hunteed Premium, over a rolling 6-month period, to begin receiving the Booster+ Fee. If you fall below this threshold, no Booster+ Fee will be paid.


Do my past results factor into the calculation of my Booster+ fees?

Only hires made after your Hunteed Premium subscription began are counted.

Can I continue working on all assignments with a Freemium account?

With a Freemium account, you retain access to standard assignments.
However, Hunteed Premium jobs (Swiss jobs and job with 0-month guarantees) are available only to Premium subscribers.

What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

If you do not renew your Hunteed Premium subscription, you will lose all the
benefits associated with it:

Loss of Booster+ fee on incoming recruitments t
Loss of secured bonuses
Loss of access to Swiss missions and missions without a guarantee period

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by secure service providers that comply with the strictest standards. No banking information is stored on the Hunteed platform.

Does the subscription give me access to more jobs?

All existing jobs are already visible to everyone, even without a Premium subscription. Subscribing will allow you to apply for jobs in Switzerland and jobs with a 0-month guarantee period.
