Here are a few ChatGPTprompts to use for your activity on the Hunteed platform.

Don't forget that AI in general, and ChatGPT specifically here, are just tools that you should constantly be learning about in order to optimize their use.
In this sense, some "basic" prompts may be useful to you:

You can also provide ChatGPT with details about yourself ("Customize ChatGPT" menu item), so that it takes this information into account in all your use. This avoids having to systematically specify a context when you send instructions.

The prompts below have been designed and tested for use on Hunteed. We strongly recommend that you adapt the prompts to your own needs, depending on the results you want to achieve.

Prompt for sourcing:

  • Writing a job offer:

"I'm [Your firm], a recruitment firm looking to recruit a [Job name] position for its client [Client name].

To do this, I want you to create an ad that complies with the following rules:

- The ad must be written in the name of [Your firm], which is looking to recruit for one of its clients
- The ad must be pre-cut into 3 parts: 1) The company; 2) The job; 3) The profile sought
- The elements provided must be reworded
- The ad must not include the client's name or any element that would allow him to be identified.

Here is the information to be used as a basis for the ad: [Copy / paste the Hunteed ad in the "Company" and "Mission" tabs from the platform]

  • Establishing research leads:

"Can you help me find recent CVs in PDF format for candidates in the field of [Industry]? I'm looking for profiles with [Experience].

The candidates should be located in the [Location] area, and the CVs need to be as recent as possible."

  • Writing boolean searches:

I need to do a Boolean search with the following operators:
- intitle
- Inurl
- Not
- And
- Or
- Parentheses
- Quotation marks
- Filetype
- Before
- After

With this list and your knowledge, can you do a complete Boolean search that would allow me to find [CV in PDF format OR Linkedin Profiles] of people with [Position] experience who live in [City]? Results must contain the keywords "[Position]" or similar headings and must have been posted after [Date].

Prompts for qualifying candidates:

  • Analyzing a CV / LinkedIn Profile:

"I would like you to compare a candidate's compatibility with a specific position.

Here are the key points to consider regarding the job: [Insert essential points].

With this information, can you tell me, with a score out of 100 (100 being a perfect match), how well the candidate fits the position: [Insert CV or LinkedIn profile details]?"

  • Writing tests:

"I would like you to create a test to submit to one of my candidates.

Please take inspiration from the following elements:

Type of test: [Language level B2 C1 C2]
Test theme: [Theme - e.g., relevant industry]
Test language: [Language]

The test should include:

- A fill-in-the-blanks text of [Number of lines] with answer options provided in brackets [] after the sentence in the blank space.
- [Number of questions] comprehension questions based on the same fill-in-the-blanks text.
- A written expression section.

Can you also provide me with a corrected version of this test?"

  • Creating a Personalized Interview Guide:

"As an independent recruitment consultant, I have to conduct a video interview with a candidate. Can you prepare an interview guide for the following position:
[Insert job description]?

Can you also prepare a more personalized interview guide by taking into account the information from this CV: [Insert CV or LinkedIn profile details]?"

Prompts for writing messages:

  • Writing Messages to Send to the Client:

"Can you propose 3 follow-up messages to send to my client to find out their thoughts on the candidate I sent?

The first message should confirm that the client has received the candidate's application. The second message should be sent 7 days later, and the third message 14 days later to follow up and get feedback from the client.

Each message should be short, respectful, and increasingly encouraging without being intrusive or pushy. The messages are sent via chat, not by email. No need to include my contact details in the message."

  • Writing Candidate Follow-Up Emails:

"Can you write a follow-up email for my candidate who just had an interview with [Client Company Name] for the position of [Position Name]? The email should ask the candidate for their overall impression of the interview, what they found positive, what they found negative, and encourage them to discuss it further by phone if possible. The tone of the email should be [Email tone]."

  • Writing an Interview Report:

"For an interview report, I would like you to structure the text into two sections: 'Skills' and 'Personality.'

The report should be concise and highlight the candidate's qualities in a positive way.

Here are my notes to use for the report: [Insert specific notes on the candidate's skills and personality].

Use these notes to create a complete profile that presents the candidate in a positive way to the client or the internal team."
