The steps in the matchmaking process
1) Make sure the customer/prospect is interested
Before putting us in touch with your customer or prospect, it's imperative that you've had
contact with a specific person within their organization and that you are aware of their recruitment needs. If you can't meet their recruitment needs, you can talk to them about Hunteed and propose them our solution.
2) Propose the Hunteed solution
To offer your prospects/customers an alternative to your services, you can propose the Hunteed solution. All you have to do is explain in a few words how we work. Here's a suggested sentence:
"Hunteed is a recruitment platform based on success that allows companies to freely share their needs and entrust them to a community of recruitment experts."
There's no need to go into too much detail - the Hunteed teams will provide all the explanations and details. You can indicate that information about our model is available on our website https://www.hunteed.com/
3) Put us in touch with your prospect/customer
If your contact agrees to learn more about our solution, all you have to do is put us in touch by email. To do so, send an email to virgil@hunteed.com with your client in CC.
For the body of the message, you can take inspiration from the text below:
"Hello (Client), As agreed, I am putting you in touch with Virgil Corbucci (virgil@hunteed.com) so that you can arrange a meeting regarding your recruitment needs for (job needs).
At your disposal if needed."
Once your email has been sent, we'll contact your prospect/customer as soon as possible and keep you informed of the progress.
4) Receive the affiliation contract
If your introduction leads to a relationship between Hunteed and your prospect/client, you will receive a contract to formalize this affiliation. The Hunteed team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this program.
