How to advertise properly 

Respect the rules of confidentiality:

The majority of our jobs can be advertised outside the platform. However, some may have a higher degree of confidentiality that does not allow them to be published externally. Please keep in mind that certain jobs are marked as "confidential" and / or "do not publish". These jobs should be handled with utmost care and should not be made public. Only a direct approach is authorized in these cases.

Don't just copy and paste the ads:

The descriptive texts in the "Job" tab can be used as a model. However, it is imperative to modify the content of these texts to avoid several problems:

  • Communicating confidential information: some elements, such as the company name, are sometimes included in texts. Be sure to remove any element that could identify the client.
  • Not adapting the text: job descriptions on Hunteed are designed for consultants. They need to be adapted to make them attractive to candidates.
  • Several of the same advertisements: if you copy-paste your ads and another recruiter does the same thing, it will be impossible for you to differentiate yourself.

What we recommend:

To transform a Hunteed job into a job ad that complies with the platform's rules, we advise you to go through ChatGPT :

  • Copy and paste the job description on ChatGPT
  • Write the following prompt: "Can you edit this ad by removing any elements that identify the client Insert client name and changing the turn of phrase?"
  • Read the result carefully and, if necessary, make your changes manually, or ask ChatGPT to make further changes, specifying what you don't like.

With removing any elements that might identify the client (sector of activity, precise location...) from your ad, you can integrate the salary range.

Take into account the networks and job boards:

In the "Context" tab, you'll find information on potential recruitment channels already used by the client.

It is advisable to take this information into account to avoid publishing ads on the same channels in order to gain greater reach, and above all to work "in the client's shadow".

  • Tips and other information

    • You must publish ads in the name of your organization and not in the name of Hunteed or the customer.
    • Don't forget to not mention your salary in your ads, except on sites that require this information unless you've completely rewritten the ad (see the section on ChatGPT).
    • Don't reveal the client's name in your ads, otherwise, there is a risk that candidates will apply directly to the client, bypassing you.
    • Don't hesitate to use specialized job boards and social networks, depending on the job type and/or sector.
